The Notification of New Agent in Slovenia

Dear customers,

We will terminate partnership with previous container shipping agent named COSCON Italy s.r.l. as general agent and Dragon Maritime D.o.o. as subagent of COSCON Italy s.r.l. in charge of COSCON brand agency business in Slovenia at 24:00 on 15 July, 2016 and will appoint your company COSCON Central Europe s.r.o. as new agent for COSCON brand container shipping services in Slovenia since 00:00 on 16 July, 2016.

We will also terminate partnership with previous container shipping agent named INTERAGENT Shipping Agency, Ltd. Co. as agent in Slovenia at 24:00 on 31 August, 2016 and will appoint your company COSCON Central Europe s.r.o. as its new exclusive agent for all container shipping services and vessels either owned or chartered by COSCON calling at the territory of Slovenia (“Territory”) since 00:00 on 1 September, 2016.

Details of your appointment including scope of your services, term of your appointment and each party’s rights and obligations with regard to this appointment shall be according to the agent agreement entered into between your company and COSCON or otherwise agreed by the parties in writing (“Agent Agreement”).

Your company, COSCON Central Europe s.r.o. will take charge of all business under the Agent Agreement formally since 00:00 on 1 September, 2016.

Please undertake all the necessary and customary agency duties and services for COSCON within the Territory under the Agent Agreement and exercise the highest degree of care and diligence to protect fully COSCON’s rights and interests.
